Finally a product that tastes good with a decent amount of protein

Who knew that great tasting water could add high quality protein to your diet? People like me on a high protein diet due to protein-calorie malnutrition can easily hit their protein goals with 1-2 of these great tasting drinks a day, and as a huge added bonus, these deliver a good amount of electrolytes to prevent the chronic dehydration I get as well from having a permanent high output ileostomy bag! They not only taste great, but they're convenient when cooking chicken breast isn't doable of course and the bottles are made to be extra thick so they don't leak when pack them and carry them with me! They're super sturdy and help add much needed, healthy calories to my diet. They have no weird or lingering aftertaste at all! I just wish they were cheaper!

Protein 2o plus energy has been my go-to morning drink for years! It was a great combination of extra protein, caffeine, and good taste! Unfortunately, the formula was recently changed and now what used to be a low sodium drink contains 220 mg of added sodium, which is way too much for me. This might be the drink for you if you want those extra electrolytes, but I am searching for a new morning beverage that gives me protein plus caffeine without a bunch of additional sodium.

I'm not sure what I was expecting from a protein water, it was the first time I have ever tried one, but this was not it. The protein powder taste and chalkiness is tolerable in a thick chocolate or vanilla shake, not so much in blue raspberry flavored water. The after taste stuck for awhile. I thought I could sneak in some protein this way and the protein content is there, this just is not my preferred way to get it. I'm not saying don't buy it, there are plenty of good reviews so maybe it's a preference thing, but that was an expensive lesson for me to learn. Maybe try to find an individual bottle at a nutrition store before buying this bulk pack.

I’ve been looking for ways to get more protein. I honestly love these. The blue raspberry is my favorite flavor. I was worried this would be almost like a pedialyte drink and thick but it’s not. I would recommend giving these a try.

The product itself is a 10/5 stars. Only taking 2 stars off because it doesn't consistently ship with amazon's delivery service and is shipped via USPS entirely too often for it to be convenient. I live in a complex where my packages get put in a mail room and not my mail box, so I have to wait for them to staff the mail room to be able to pick something up, which by the time that happens I may as well just not have ordered it. Stop shipping USPS or at least give me the option to not use them (I'd pay more and wait longer for it), and I'd update this to 10/5 starts in a heartbeat because the product itself is great.
