Customer service was awesome
The valet is very nice. What is worth putting here is that the company's customer service was excellent. Small flaw in the original shipment. contacted their customer service with pics. Within 5 hours a new part was on its way. Made it a whole lot easier than packing it back up and returning to Amazon.

Minor design complaint on a good product
I love my new valet but the bar/hangar for your pants is removable and comes loose a bit to easily for my tastes.If you could somehow make the bar 'click' into place this product would go from good to outstanding.

Went together well
Just what I needed to hang up pants and shirt at the end of the day, rather than dumping in a pile.Didn't need the extension cord, don't use it for a charging station. Finish looks good too

Customer service is not responsive
Valet is very nice, however I contacted the seller to ask for the proper wood plugs because they were too small. They responded promptly but it is almost 1 month and I did not receive the correct wood plugs. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Buy from someone else!

Very Happy
My boyfriend has always wanted a suit valet, so I bought this one and it was easy to assemble. It is sturdy, he has compartments for his watch, cufflinks and other accessories. He loves it and uses it every evening since he got it.

Not amazing
Assembly is easy but the parts do not necessarily fit together perfectly. The slots to insert the hangar on the stand are not aligned well enough for me to have a complete product. Will need to ask for the manufacturer to replace.

Not a quality product for the price
Valet looks nice at a distance but the finish on one side of the jewelry holder is uneven, not consistently colored. Customer service was great on the missing piece but truthfully feel it’s not the quality I expected at that price.
