Great product that I use weekly. The charger had been used only twice since owning. The trimmer keeps a charge for a long time. The heads are easy to switch out quickly and clean. I have pretty thick hair and this trimmer doesn't have any problem powering thru. I use this for my ears and eyebrows when I cut my hair each weekend. I have dropped it in the sink a couple times on accident and haven't had any issues with it so it seems to be pretty durable. Great value for the money and I hope to keep using it for a few years.

Well this was delivered 5 minutes ago. I opened the box and used it immediately. I had a forest growing out of my ears and my nose. I have used many cheap ones from big brands. Use the circle attachment on your ears and the double sided one on you ears. It was amazing and faster than any other time. A couple swipes and both ears and nostrils were clean. No need to go back and forth because a pesky hair is still there. This caught them all and trimmed them back perfectly. This is the best ear nose trimmer I have ever had. I had to review it this fast. Because the price was high. I'd say the performance matched the price and it is 100% worth it

Handy trimmer with some cool exchangeable heads, but maybe a little expensive. I know the Wahl brand carries some weight, but there are cheaper options that will probably do just as well. I also wish it had some sort of charging indicator, I never know if its charging or dead or what. And it would be nice if it came with a stand. I had to go get one made from 3dbymandj off Et sy (which I highly recommend).

I purchased this for my elderly father, it is powerful, cleans up very easy, great quality, perfect speed! He has arthritis and he can use this with ease.

Product arrived in non working condition. Charger did not fully fit trimmer. On-off switch would not turn on. Quality control completely failed this one. Maybe Jeff should come back to the office a few weeks each year. AMAZON POLICY CHANGE: NOW REQUIRES A BOX AT UPS STORE OR THEY CHARGE $7.99!

Good and quiet and runs great. Very sharp initially. Hope it stays that way. Doesn't need much of a charge and there is no light to indicate it is charging.

I purchased the Pro Series Trimmer specifically for the double sided detail trimmer head. It is perfect for grooming my ears and lobes. I also discovered that this dualtech detail head with guide comb attached does a better job at trimming my eyebrows compared to my awesome Philips Norelco All-in-One Series 9000 Trimmer. The Wahl Pro Series Trimmer is compact and easy to maneuver in and around the ears. I am glad this kit comes with a storage pouch and a wall plug to charge it. It would have been nice to have an LED to indicate charging, charged, and flashing for recharge soon at this price range.
