Loved the length of them. However, the hand size is very large and it is difficult to grip pans/trays from oven. I returned this items.

I recommend these mitts. Fits larger hands and also covers a good part of your arm to avoid the flames!

I have not had them long but they are too thin and starting to come apart. Dollar tree has oven mits that are as good.

On the plus side I guess, there were two mitts, which I didn't realize. On the minus side, I now have two somewhat useless oven mitts. I thought I'd be getting food-service quality mitts to replace the cheap mitts I keep throwing away because they are not very heat resistant. I cook with cast iron a lot, including putting it in the oven. I tried these with cast iron I was taking out of the oven and I felt the heat in my hands pretty quickly. I just took a regular sheet pan out of a 350 oven to check the contents for doneness. After about ten seconds it was starting to get too hot to hold. Heat resistant, long for extra protection. I wish they were prettier, the look is quite functional.
