Heavy duty, easy to clean. Worth the money.

I bought this item three months ago, it is not durable and it has already broken. The seller agreed to a replacement but has not taken any further action. It feels like they are not interested in resolving the issue. Even a replacement of the broken part would have been acceptable.

It's great to have fresh juice. Easy to clean.

My first juicer, and it is NOT good. 1. The holes for juice to flow through are sparsely placed. The fruit is squeezed apart, instead of through the holes. It they'd be half the size and double the number it'd be better. 2. The top pressing cap is not detachable, hard to wash 3. The top pressing cap could be larger diameter. Average sized orange after squeezing has a lot of juice still in the outer part of the pulp. Another consequence, some juice shoots up and away to the walls instead of being trapped under the cup and forced down. 4. The rubber stopper is poor quality, after squeezing precisely 5 oranges I noticed cracks in it and it starts leaving marks on the handle 5. The cup is too short. You've included it with the juicer, it would make sense if it would fit the juicer better. There is about 1.5 inch gap, through which a lot of splashing happens. 6. The whole assembly is loose on the main shaft (see video). Nothing came apart yet but you can see how it wobbles on the video. Tightening the screws doesn't help, I tried so hard I almost stripped the sockets. The hex key they include with the juicer seems to be a poor fit. 7. After squeezing a couple kilos of oranges the whole thing is crooked 8. The paint quality is not good, but that's the least of the problems
