These are a lifesaver for my sanity! Was having to change sheets daily for overnight leaks for my 20 month old daughter. No matter what I tried, I could not stop the leaks. Tried another insert with adhesive, and the adhesive strip prevented the urine from soaking into the diaper after filling the insert, so of course that also lead to leaks. Was so happy to find these adhesive free inserts. The inserts soak up most of the urine, and then once the insert is saturated, the urine is captured by the actual diaper (I use huggies nighttime). Now that my daughter has turned two, I actual use two inserts (one straight and one folded up near the top of the diaper). Hopefully with potty training we won’t need these much longer, but for the time being these have worked wonders! Not one leak since using!

I still don’t love the youth crews diapers but the Sposie diaper booster pads have made them usable so I can at least use them up. Using the Sposie booster pads twice has seemed to eliminated the saturating through diapers and leaking. We are gonna try them now when traveling to prevent soaked through clothes and car seat covers. These are on Amazon I don’t remember how much they cost, but they weren’t very much compared to how much the diapers were. So give them a shot if you’re having the same issue I was with leaking through every single night for months.

Recently, my 10-month-old decided that sleeping on his belly every night was more comfy than his back - and it came with a not-so-fun side effect: soaked pajamas and wet sheets every morning. I was constantly changing his clothes and bedding, which got old fast. After doing some research and even trying tricks like putting his diaper on backwards, I decided to give these a try - and I’m so glad I did. They truly work. On our first night using them, my son had about 10 oz before bedtime, and the next morning his pajamas and sheets were completely dry. If you’re dealing with leaky nighttime diapers, especially with a belly sleeper, I can’t recommend these enough.

The Sposie Pads are almost perfect! My daughter has ASD, so she is a little older and still potty training. A three-year-old can pee a lot! I tried everything, including not letting her drink anything before bed and even two Huggies Overnights diapers together to keep her from having leakage at night. Nothing worked! Every morning she would be soaked, and her stuffed animals would be as well. So I searched and found these. Because my daughter has extremely delicate and sensitive skin prone to rashes, I bought the non-adhesive Sposie diaper pads. They were easy to use. A little challenging to put diaper rash cream like Desitin on because of the movement and the way the cream sticks to the pad, but it's ok. I use the Sposie non-adhesive with Huggies Overnights, and the first night, there were no leaks! I was shocked. My little girl tosses and turns a lot and sleeps 10 to 12 hours at night. I was very impressed with the leak protection. I had two dislikes: 1- they stick to everything like diaper cream because they are non-adhesive. So I am buying the adhesive type and hoping it is just as gentle as this one and won't create rashes. 2- three nights with leaks, although they were significantly less than without them. I noticed the leaks were usually when my daughter had diaper rash cream on in a significant amount. The cream seemed to soak into the pad and create a barrier or something and make it less effective. However, the adhesive type I am trying next is 20% more absorbent. So we will see. I love THIS product, so if the other does not work out and causes a rash, then I will Subscribe and Save to this product through Amazon. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to not only toddlers, but also to kids with developmental delays or disabilities up to older adults who have some incontinence. Seriously, they will help people of all ages. So try them out for yourself, and you will see why these are a product we will have in our home for a very long time.

Works amazing for heavy wetters. great coverage and super absorbent. My son way going through clothes overnight and now he sleeps better with no mess!

We started adding these to our son’s diapers for overnight absorption. We were sizing up 1-2 sizes for overnight diapers and he was still leaking through them by morning (sleeping through the night). We’ve started adding these in addition to sizing up and he rarely leaks through now! These have saved us so much laundry.

Son lo único con lo que logré que mi bebé no amaneciera mojado y reforzara al pañal de noche. Lo malo obviamente es que se contamina más. Intentaré alternativa de pañales de tela en la noche, me han dicho que son los que mejor aguantan.

I tried these for my 2 year old tummy sleeper who was leaking through his overnight diapers nightly. These have completely stopped the leaks! I wish they were a couple inches longer as they give him a bit of a wedgie in order to keep them high enough up front. And they are a bit expensive, but have saved me lots of time in having to do laundry... and worth it for my LO to have a good, dry sleep.
