Doesn't fit Wave+ as is, scew hole doesn't align.
The only way I got it to work was grinding off some of the edges and shaping it to the original size of the ones on the Wave+. Then I was able to get it to align with the scew holes on the leatherman.

The parts are not correct for my Leatherman tool.
The description appeared to include my Leatherman Tool. The quality is very good but not a correct fit. not worth the time to send back as my Dremel tool will quickly fix the problem. Just be careful when ordering, that this is, in fact going to fit your multi-tool. The shipping was very fast.

Poor fit
Not a "Leatherman" product. You will need to grind the top rear corner slightly to get it to fit. But before you install, also grind the bottom corner of the blade ever so slightly or your Leatherman will only close about 98% of the way.
