Very good but beware what you stick them to
I wanted to add a splashback to the kitchen in our newbuild house but didn't want to go through the mess and expense of real tiles. These 3D sticker tiles from STICKGOO seemed like a good alternative that could be more easily done myself without the need for a tiler to come in during lockdown. The tiles themselves have a relatively strong backboard that's made of some kind of cardboard and foam. The top layer is gel like and gives the tiles a 3D shine that looks like actual tiles. The grout is a dark grey colour and slightly shiny. It was relatively easy to fit the tiles but could be fiddly in corners and around plugs. They took me about 2 days to fit but I was trying to be very precise. From reading the product description I believed that my walls would be fine to stick the tiles to following a good clean with TSP. This was not the case! Apparently painted plasterboard as is typical in a lot of houses is too textured for the tiles to properly adhere to. In my situation, the tiles stayed on well for a couple of months but have now began to peel and curl up at many of the edges. I showed photos to the STICKGOO customer services team and they said that the plasterboard wall surface is not recommended as it is too rough. They have recommended using 3M spray adhesive at the edges to remedy this. Overall the tiles are a great solution if you want the effect of tiles without as much fuss. Several people that have seen them believe that they are real. However BEWARE that if you are sticking these to plasterboard you must sand down the whole surface beforehand and then clean it so that they can stick for longer than a few months. I still think the product is very good but I now have to purchase another product and try to fix the peeling that has occurred or remove them all (leaving damage to the plaster). I think they need to add this to the product description to clarify the prep work needed for typical painted household walls. However the STICKGOO customer services team are excellent and were very helpful both when I encountered this issue and when I received a pack of tiles with the edges damaged. Overall it's a great product just be careful that the surface is perfect before you apply them or you will waste a lot of time and money. If you are doing a large area it would work out to be very expensive.

Great Look, Easy Install
I installed this as a kitchen backsplash. I was new to the DIY makeover, when I decided to redo my kitchen. Researched a lot of sticker-tiles and decided on this one. Absolutely best decision! It is thicker, making it hard to cut the tile part itself (if you're trimming around a window sill, for example), but cutting through the "grout lines" (which was the majority of the cuts) was very easy with regular scissors. You can apply lightly to the surface, and peel it off easily if you need a redo. But once you press it on, it is on, so be sure you are sure before pressing hard! As cliche as it may sound, I actually had the same moments "shocking" my friends who thought it was real tile. It does not feel like tile at all, but 100% looks legit. Who is rubbing a kitchen backsplash anyway? Cannot really vouch for waterproofness, such as use in a shower.

Awesome for photography boards
These are awesome. Needed them to make a fake bathroom for product photography and these are way easier to do than actual tiles. I put them on a foam board so they are lightweight and I can store them away and take them where I need. They cut easily with scissors and are easy to put together. One sheet had the color off a bit from the rest, but I didn’t end up using that one anyway.

Love the look
I love how this looks and made a great improvement on my bathroom upgrade. As i did with previous stick on tile/backsplash I used spray adhesive to make sure it stays in place. You have to have patience when applying just to get it even and aligned. I'm not perfect at it but when you stand back, it all looks good. With this product there is a top and a bottom. If one piece isn't turned the correct direction they will not align well. If you look at the top and bottom you can see the difference so make sure they are all in correct position. One piece i was able to peel back off (because I didn't get it aligned right) right after applying it. It did peel a tiny piece of my wall but I just added a little extra spray adhesive when I reapplied. Also before starting I ran sandpaper quickly over my painted wall just to rough it up a little which helps the tile stick better. Overall I am very happy with the outcome.
