Excellent product. Smooth and easy to clean and keep seasoned.

Pan is substantial with a large cooking surface, and comes with an interior that is very well milled and finished. Cooks well and break-in is easy. The negative is that the exterion bottom of the pan is quite rough and could be abrasive on a glass or ceramic cook top.

great skillet we cook everything on it but damn didn't know there was a lot of work to maintain it I feel sorry for the maid that has to clean it everyday (the wife).
