Read the dimensions. I didn't. And when it arrived smaller than my pinkie - and I am NOT exaggerating - I nearly fainted. It's hard to say it's a 1 or a 5 star or it's value for the money because it's a luxury item and that's up to the buyer. Just know it's tiny as all get out!

I ordered the Swarovski Kris Bear ‘90s Party Figurine for our collection and it turned up with the radio detached. I put in for a replacement and received another broken figurine. I am pretty sure the figure is not suppose to come in 2 pieces. Poor service.

This is the second Kris bear I bought first was the bear holding balloon’s witch came in two pieces the balloons was not attached the. The Kris bear with the boom box was not attached either! For the price you would think The beard would come better put together! Otherwise I love the bears just disappointed in the quality for such a high price !

I missed the fact that the radio cassette would be made of plastic. They would have put some details since it's just plasctic otherwise they could have done it in crystal. What bugs me is how the plastic radio will not stay in position. It's like I need to glue or tape it to make it look like the picture that's why I gave it a 1 star for value for money. If I'd find an easy way to make that radio sit and not fall off then I'll come back here and change my review.

I purchased the bear with the radio/boom box twice and both times the radio/boom box wasn't attached to the bear's hand. Upon looking both of them over, I could see the glue and whatever glue is used it doesn't hold the pieces together. I'm so very disappointed.

El cristal como siempre de buena calidad,, la grabadora es de plástico pegada al oso y desentona un poco los dos materiales

The crystal bear was beautiful but the ghetto blaster was not attached to the arm.The bear was a gift for a family member so I sent it back and asked for a replacement.Customer service was very helpful with this.I received the 2nd bear within a week, but it too was defective (ghetto blaster was detached).I returned the item and requested a refund.(Contacted the Company and was told the Ghetto Blaster is supposed to be attached)
