Great keyboard -wired backlit
Arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Good quality product. It won't take you long to get used to the smaller size keyboard, if you use the number keys a lot on a regular size keyboard. You will get into the new button routine in a day or 2. I don't have small hands, so the button sizes are perfect. Typing is more accurate and don't have to keep back spacing to correct spelling, like with some keyboards. Nicely backlit. Compact. Works with you very well, if you are a fast typer. Feels solid when typing. It looks great on the desk for remote working and is perfect if you travel, or have to pack it in a laptop bag. Ideal if your desk space is limited. Just plug the USB into the laptop and start typing. The backlights will switch off themselves after a short time, haven't timed that yet, but just press any key and the laptop or desktop wakes right up. It's stylish and the letters and numbers are bright and very clear to read. Buy one, you will love it. Of course all these things are subjective, however I would recommend it. German made, so you know it will be good quality and it certainly is. Also it stays in position, doesn't slide along the desk if you type fast.

A very good compact wireless keyboard
I own three other keyboards from this Company and their products are very good. The review for the Perixx PERIBOARD-732 is certainly no exception. This is quite possibly the best out of the 4 Perixx keyboards I own. Let us consider the positive things: * This is a wireless keyboard, not Bluetooth, so it means you have a more stable connection. *It is backlit (simply press Fb+F10). *It has large print which means you can clearly see the letters on the keys. * The most impressive aspect is the smooth and fluid typing. It is also very quiet and it allows you to enjoy your typing (scissor-switch). *It is rechargeable, which means you do not have to worry about batteries (usb-c type cable is supplied). *It is truly a compact keyboard (28,4cm x 11,5cm). Let us now consider the not so positive aspects: *Instructions are not clear. * Contrary to the advertisement the backlit function is not adjustable (I have not seen instructions to the contrary). You can just turn the backlit function on and off, but there is no adjustment. *There is no dust cover, like many of the Seenda keyboards offer. Overall, a very good keyboard, which offers fluid and quiet enjoyable typing. I did not receive any credit for this review, which is based solely on my opinion of the product. I hope my review is of assistance and good luck with your purchase.

I have had no issues with connecting the USB cable to my laptop
Very happy with this perixx PERIBOARD-332 Backlit Keyboard its perfect for what I need on the travel, and the back light is very bright plus with the large numbers and letters as well it really helps to see what I am typing, all the functions work as they should, I have had no issues with connecting the USB cable to my laptop, it sees it and using it on word or outlook works perfect, much better then the one I have on my laptop, its very light and sits easy on my lap with the very long USB cable, the keys are very nice and well made, easy to use and the marks on each key is very well printed and I am sure they will last a long time with out wearing off too soon, It looks very nice in black and very sleek, not much more I can say its awesome and perfect for my travels, thank you

Love it but the extension is essential
I really like this keyboard. The keys are nice and low, itโs the perfect size whilst also having arrow keys, and the backlight is a nice feature. I have had this keyboard for just over a year now and always had the extension plugged into the back of my computer on the floor, and had it resting on the desk so the signal reaches the keyboard. Recently my set up has changed and I now plug the usb into my monitor. I took off the extension because the keyboard is close to the monitor at all times and I wanted a tidier desk. Unfortunately the signal is no good even with this small distance, the keyboard lags or simply does not work, so I have the use the extension lead which kind of bugs me. Other than that, itโs a great keyboard.

Scroll through the backlight brightneslevels by holding FN and tapping F10. perfect keyboard
Really nice keyboard. bought to replace my mx pebble keys 2. It is pretty much the same size but with much larger print on the letters and dips like the mx mini keys which costs 4x the price. I got this for the backlight and it works well with 3 different brightness levels you scroll through the levels by holding the function key and tapping f10. The built in battery is housed in a bulge this makes carrying it one handed easy. All round it is perfect. Mine came with a faulty power switch but i dont think i will bother sending it back. In low light i may not even need the backlight due to the large button font and white on black. No idea about the battery life yet but unless its god awful im very happy with it For ยฃ25 its cheaper than the pebble keys 2 its rechargeable and has a good backlight its perfect for people that prefer mini keyboards

Most satisfying backlit mini keyboard I have owned.
Really great compact, backlit, USB-wired keyboard. Keys are nice to use and are very clear to read with large characters, and the backlighting, which has 4 levels as well as off, is one of nicer ones without the excessive glare around the edges of the keys that you often get on others. One of the benefits of wired backlit keyboards is you don't have to contend with annoying lighting timeouts and tricky proximity sensors that some other (much more expensive) keyboards I have used seem to employ. Also there's no annoying, giant software package (thinking Logitech) that has to be installed to use it optimally.

Great for two months then died. Get Logitech MX Keys Mini instead. Save your effort
Really hard to find a feature set that has backlight and compact layout wireless. I tried a few BT cheapos and they were awful so I took a leap of faith and went with Perixx. Sadly after a faultless two months operation and backlight working, the keyboard became erratic in connection, needing to be power cycled, and the backlight stayed on, or off with no end in keyboard prompts to get it working, aside from a reboot of the power switch. Could be the battery, could be lots of things, but it's not the charging method I use as I plug it in and let it charge when discharged, maybe 4 times total over 2 months. Would get a higher score but it stopped working, so that's a hard fail. It's a niche device I purchased very specifically for editing image in subdued lighting so I could see the keys. It failed. I've requested an RMA directly from the maker in Germany but the failure is public interest. Sadly, it's going to be the Logitech MX Keys Mini which I was hesitant to get due to price but appears to be the only proper option.

Very pleased; some features gone through
Just received the wired and wireless version of the 616 There were a few things that were not clear to me from the description. Anyway, after an hour this is what I can say about the one I have received in April 2024. 1 Thankfully it does have a standard double height ENTER key not the wide single height one in some of the illustrations and indeed on the box mine came in. Perhaps this key was on an older version? 2 The backlight (via FN+F8) toggles =OFF- LOW- HIGH. Goes off after 1 minute and comes back on when you press any key. It returns to whatever setting it was on. If you lock Fn with Fn +F7 then just need to press F8 to change backlight. 3 The key symbols are backlight white with key surrounds a bluey colour. Some white LED bleed around keys if you are at an angle to them which is a shame but that is my only con so far. Key symbols are easy to see in quite low light even without the backlight. 4 Keys are not silent but not noisy IMO. 5 I have found you can increase the keyboard angle a tad by adjusting the feet to 90degrees to the base. Not sure if this is an intentional feature but it works and helps reduce the light bleed problem a bit. 6 Had it connected to my PC both wireless and wired in no time at all. Overall feels great, very nice keypress. Quite heavy for such a small thing. Keyboard does not feel cramped despite size.
