Excellent guide to managing stress
Very useful, very comprehensive. Easy to follow, practical advice that works. Explains stress both from a physiological and a psychological standpoint. The more you understand stress, the better you are able to cope with it. This book will not make your stress go away magically (nothing will!) but it will help make it manageable so you can lead a healthy lifestyle.

Very practical
Lots of helpful hints, lists, ways to focus yourself to cure your problems with anxiety - or at least make a dent in them, which can mean the difference between survival or not. I highly recommend this workbook!

Very useful and interesting.
Well written, easy to understand, and would be a very useful tool in therapy settings. It would be good as an individual workbook, and also in a group setting.

Helpful book
The first half of this book is about learning where your stress comes from, what is causing it. The second half is about working through exercises to to help you find new ways of being.The only reason I did not give 5stars is because I already have a lot of knowledge on CBT and some of it was covering old ground for me.
