Seems to be helping. I feel a lot healthier too since using. I have only used it on the carpet in the corner of my room so far but plan to use the rest in the crawlspace. It's a little expensive but that's understandable and worth the benefits. It's says it uses natural plants extracts and I think it has a nice orange or citrus scent. The container is about the size of a hair spray can so if you can afford to buy in bulk and save a little I would recommend getting extra.

Did not work as complete I expected from product write up. Estimate percentage removed of oder 85% because it left light noticeable Oder after used in sealed room. Used the 14% can in the 10x10 room that had a window leak. Window leak repaired and then used product. Would not recommend from the results I got.

I've been trying to get rid of mold / mildew smell in home I bought 3 years ago. After cleaning everything I could and installing dehumidifiers I was able to get rid of 75% of the smell but could not get rid of it all. I used this product one day when the family had several hours of errands. Kicked the dogs and cats out of the house, pulled HVAC filters, put the can under the HVAC intake in hall way, let fan run, and opened the fogger. Came home hours later to a house that no longer smells like mildew! Worked great. I am getting another one to treat once more for good measure.

We had a room with mold issues from a bad AC in Houston. We fixed the AC and cleaned all the walls and ceilings of the affected areas with bleach but we had a slight lingering musty smell in one particular room. We used this product as directed. We went in 5 hours later and as soon as we opened the door got the same musty smell, there was literally no change at all. I guess one positive is the product has no smell of its own.

Works okay good smell

Had a leak under our master bathroom vanity. They had to rip up the floor and throw the vanity out. Have had the fan going for over a week with baking soda and vinegar down but the smell still was present 3 weeks later! Finally found this. It’s expensive so I was hesitant that it wouldn’t work but purchased it because i just couldn’t take the smell anymore and nothing else was working. I’m so glad I did! The smell is completely gone!!!! Finally!!!! Not going to lie, I was doubtful but it honestly does do what it says it will do.

Gets rid of mildew smell after a waterline break. We came home after leaving for one day and no more mildew odor.
