Hsin Tung Yang Sliced Noodle 14.1oz (Pack of 1)

Followed the instructions, cooked just right! Made spicy cumin beef. The consistency of the noodle added the right mouth-feel for the dish. It was as close to authentic without having hand-made noodles. I would recommend them to anyone who has limited access to a big box Asian store.

I wanted wide noodles for a recent Asian-inspired potluck dish and was tired of substituting basic grocery store skinny noodles. The nearest Asian grocery is an hour away so I decided to try Amazon and was happy to pay a little more for these noodles (saved on gas and time getting to that grocery). They turned out fabulously and my picky 9 year old even loved them. They cook QUICKLY so stay on top of the timer, and also don't do what I did and skip the math on the sauce to noodle ratio: these are big bundles of noodles! There was some breakage with shipping but it was minimal. Overall: a win.

The flavor of the noodles were awesome. However, being noodles, they were shipped in an envelope rather than a box so there was quite a bit of breakage. When you are looking for long noodles, short broken ones aren’t acceptable.

Product came with all the noodles broke and smashed. Pretty much a waste. When I went to return them the app said unavailable for returns. Disappointing.

Nothing special as far as taste or texture. Came poorly packaged so the noodles were all broken up, only a few whole noodles. Sad. Too expensive to arrive crumbled. I'll stick to glass noodles!

I love these but probably won’t get them again. I bought them for a specific recipe and while the results were great, I can’t justify the price of them for what they are. I can find a better price at the local oriental market.
