Works great for homemade chicken nuggets, & meat loaf. We used as a breading for shrimp as well however it got soggy using for pan fried shrimp.

Mixed with Parmesan cheese and your choice of spices, this makes an excellent breading for use in an air fryer or oven. My favorite is with chicken: dry the chicken well, dip in beaten egg and coat with the dry mix. Heat in the air fryer at 400* for about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat, until it reaches done temperature. Juicy and amazing! The texture is very fine and uniform- no lumps or gritty parts. This is now a staple in my pantry.

This is a fantastic addition to cooking for diabetic and keto diets. No carbs and great flavor when added to vegetables and meats or fish. Excellent for breading of fish and chops. Flavor isn’t over powering.

I bought these because they are great for people with diabetes, or should I say, better than the alternative bread crumbs. They cook well. I use them on pork chops and they are flavorful too. Highly recommend.
