Stylus pen missing
I got up my laptop but have not received the stylus pen as mentioned Send me the stylus pen

Product as described. .
Instead of pen i received a memory card usb which is more beneficial than the pen usb.I contacted the seller and he was so supportive and helpful regarding some queries i had.

Price of new laptop but seems refurbished machines
Had ordered new laptop while what was delivered were packed in cover inside box which had hand written code in marker and showed to be used machine. Front panel was faded and the touchpad and hand rest panel vibrates with every click. Have raised request with Amazon for return and refund. Product was returned next day but has been 4 days and still await refund.

Exceeded my expectations!
Love this laptop! Looks so sleek and clean! Runs perfectly and easy setup! Definitely recommend! I was a Mac user but now I am an HP fan!

No la devolvi para atras sere yo hoy mañana se lo mandas a otro cliente y te la regresa y son casi 900$ no deben de mandar algo asi,los demas productos miy bueno
