will this make more juice than a $100 centrifugal juicer ?

Good morning, They do not make more juicer than a centrifugal juicer but they are very close, the main benefit is that with the MM1500GY it is a masticating juicer and they go at a very low RPM (80 RPMS) to preserve more of the nutrients. Thank you,

If I don’t want to juice daily, can I bulk juice with this machine? How long will my celery juice stay fresh?

Slow masticating juicers, because they don't heat the juice as much as centrifugal juicers, will allow the juice to stay fresh longer, but it's really up to you how long you think it's good for. It will probably keep for a week in the refrigerator without showing signs of spoilage, but it's hard to say to what extent the nutritional value and enzyme content diminishes over time. I don't think anyone's ever studied this specifically, but the sooner you drink the juice after making it, the better it is for you. Many people will process enough juice for a day or two or three, but I wouldn't go beyond that.
