I have to eat dairy free due to an intolerance and I am so happy I have found this! They are perfect for baking and taste good like dark chocolate.

Dark chocolate is very good for you unless you get a dark chocolate brand that has a bunch of added unhealthy ingredients then you ruin the benefits of the dark chocolate. These dark chocolate chips are delicious and organic so they are worth the purchase, it's too bad they are so expensive however I really appreciate the owners makers and sellers of this product

I have a friend who is lactose intolerant and I melted this chocolate by double boiling it and poured it on top of Brandy poached pears. Sprinkled almonds on top of the chocolate and it was delicious. Chocolate melted very well and was easy to pour on top of the ice cold pears, which made the chocolate harden very nicely and it had a nice glossy finish.
