One way to know if your rose essential oil is authentic is this; it will partially solidify if the temperature in your home is cold. It should also state pure “Rose Otto” or “Rose damascena”, or “Rosa acicularis” (Wild Rose), or whatever type of rose oil it is should be on the label. Also, real, authentic rose essential oil is rather expensive in comparison to other essential oils such as lavender or peppermint. Typically a 5ml bottle can range from over $100-$275 and up depending on the amount of oil you purchase, and where you purchase it from. So if you purchase a 4Oz bottle of rose essential oil and only pay $30 for it, it is not real. The price of a 4Oz bottle of true rose would be in the thousands, around $2,400 roughly. I see a lot of larger bottles of rose oils selling for ridiculously cheap and I know they are NOT pure, real or authentic. However, this oil is REAL. It’s soothing and evokes good feelings and positive moods, it eases headaches and anxiety etc. I will definitely purchase this again and again.

I absolutely love Alteya's Certified Organic Bulgarian Rose Otto. It is the purest, best quality EO available. I have been using it for years. I have extremely sensitive and very dry skin, can not find facial cream that doesn't make me break out or give me some allergic reaction. That's why I use an exclusive blend of organic carrier oils which are made better by adding Alteya Certified Organic Bulgarian Rose Otto. The Rose Otto EO makes it smell really great and I get lots of compliments on that which is wonderful. What I'm even more excited about is that I still get lots of compliments that my skin has a healthy glow and that I look young. Also, whenever I have a cut or a scratch this Rose Otto EO is my go to - it heals the wound so fast it is miraculous. So to make it short - ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT FOR IT'S GREAT QUALITY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

This product is what it says it is. I and well versed in all things oil. This oil needs to be shaken prior to use. I use on my skin and in all creams and it is strong so only use a tiny bit. Expensive but on point I have purchased their rose auto for a couple years. The previous one lasted a year. Keep in a dark cool area. Well worth the purchase and a game changer for skin when mixed with lotions

The oil crystallized after only having it for a month. It’s unusable, it was expensive and not worth the price for the handful of times I used it:(

I have been unable to get any of the rose oil out of the bottle. I warmed the crystalize oil and still no drops. I love roses and I was planning on using this in my rose scrubs. There is just a very tiny bit in the bottle. I believe mine has only a 1/4th in my tiny bottle. Not a happy camper :(

There are two ways to get fragrance from a rose - soak it in toxic chemicals then try to get to poison out, or use a pure steam distillation to produce Rose Otto. That's what this is. It doesn't smell like sweet fake rose - it smells like the whole flower and even, I would say, the garden. This product is amazingly beautiful and because it is so clean, I can feel safe using it on my skin or even sometimes in my food. It is worth every penny and if you do your research comparing it to other Rose Otto oils you will find it is much cheaper.

I HAVE bought pure rose oil before in a very small bottle ...THAT was the pure smell of roses ; THIS product is not .This may be the highest quality oil , but clearly by the many one star ratings here ,Many have been shocked when it arrives expecting a sweet deep bass tone of Rose ,only to discover the strongest bitter high toneof lemongrass AND tea tree ... Be warned !NO RETURNS POSSIBLE WITH THIS ITEM .

I had ordered the smaller 2.3ml bottle in Nov. 2017 and have been carefully putting drop-by-drop, the Rose Oil into facial sprays or serums for myself. I personally LOVE the scent and love mixing it with other organic facial or body; misting or serum products.
