I bought these as I had started running again and I was using over ear headphones, so I was constantly looking behind me. These however have given me the confidence to just run. Sure, I still make a safety check every now and then, but I am so much more aware of my surroundings with these on they've been a game changer.Sound quality is decent, they are comfortable to wear, light weight, didn't move around when jogging, and the Bluetooth connectivity hasn't droped out at all.Very happy with this purchase.

I have tried probably 10 different types of in and on ear solutions for walking, running and cycling. many just didn't cut it by falling out, loosing grip, giving bad sound, have terrible battery life or really slow charging. I was very surprised that these headphones did all of that great. whilst letting in outside sound they provide clear audio, fit well, charge quick and last for at least 6 hours straight (in my testing so far).I am very happy with them and thus particular model is just right on price for performance.however all that said the quality is not the highest quality but it was sufficient to listen to a wide range of music types and telephone calls. occasionally background noise does dominate the sound but that is to be expected. the on device controls ate easy to increase and decrease the volume and accept/hang up calls.the other comment is thay I have a typically head size and found the head "loop" a little large so suggest trying the smaller sized band if below head sizes of 56cms.I wish I tried these sooner. I use them on every ride and run and sometimes in bed to listen to music or videos before sleep.highly recommend.

These bone conduction Shokz headphones are just superb. Amazing! I have always disliked wearing ear buds and in-ear headphones and find the over-ear phones too isolating when I am outdoors or with other people. This technology has totally taken me by surprise. The headphones are super-light, comfortable to wear and robust too. I always worried about losing buds, but these are constructed in a way that would make that difficult. The quality of the sound is better than expected too. A bit light on bass, but that can be remedied if you have graphic controls. Also, when wearing them you can still hear what is going on around you, which is just great. Thank you Shokz! Perfect

Bought for riding my bike…..fits well and allows excellent sound yet I can still hear traffic and conversation. Positives are a long play life before recharge, easy to keep on for hours with no discomfort…. and light. They are NOT REPEAT NOT about noise cancellation…that is the whole point. Small qibbles, the connecting hoop around the back is over long which makes lying in bed on one’s back tricky and if using a MIPS helmet needs some care. Bluetooth link is bombproof, phone calls etc all easy. Excellent value.

I first saw these on display in a chain store and was amazed at the quality of the audio. I am well past jogging to music but bought these mainly for travel. I dont like tiny earbuds very much and when one drops out of the ear while using in an aircraft seat are close to impossible to find. These are easy and comfortable to wear, offer great sound, take up little space in travel kit and are quite hard to lose.The only small thing I dont like is the they need a dedicated charging cable rather than just use USB-C. The first job when delivered was go on line to get a spare cable as accidentally leaving the cable in a hotel room makes the tally useless.

I’m a big fan of bone conduction headphones. If you’ve ever experienced that claustrophobic feeling of being cut off from your surroundings, then bone conduction is definitely the way to go. No more itchy or sweaty ears from earbuds or the risk of one falling out. You can listen to music or podcasts and still hear your surroundings and the safety aspect speaks for itself. There are a range of bone conduction devices on the market but Shokz are definitely the Rolls Royce of these and have been developing this technology for around 20 years. I originally purchased a cheaper pair, when I say ‘cheap’ they were still around the £40 mark. I enjoyed the experience and later decided to go for the Shokz Openrun and as soon as I put them on I realised the difference in quality. They are well balanced and sit comfortably on the ears and they sounded much better. If you want a ‘near’ experience of what it feels like to wear bone conduction headphones then put a pair of spectacles on backwards so that the lenses are at the rear of your head and the arms of the glasses rest over you ears. They sit gently and comfortably over your ears but the listening experience is through your cheekbones. They are discreet and can also be worn comfortably with glasses. After a while you almost forget you are wearing them. It is very easy to turn the Shokz OpenRun on using the manual button which is located just behind the right ear. You will hear a woman’s voice ‘welcome you’ and confirm that you are ‘connected.’ I’ve not experienced any problem with connection, it always seems to work. If for some reason you go out of the Bluetooth range of your connected device you will hear 2 beeps in rapid succession to inform you of this. As soon as you are within range you will hear ‘connected!’I would like to experience the more expensive OpenRun Pro, but some of the reviews I’ve looked at say that the difference in sound is minimal and in fact the OpenRun have a higher water and sweat resistance than the pros? Makes no sense! Anyhow, I can thoroughly recommend these quality headphones, five stars and perfect for audio books too!

It sounds like freaky sci-fi technology, but bone conduction is legit and works very well. These are very comfortable and having your ear holes open to hear for the sounds of the real world is great for me when I go on walks. The sound quality is perfectly fine for podcasts. For music, it's decent and adequate for me. If you are an audiophile that demands the best sound though, bone conduction probably isn't for you.

Quando pratico esportes ao ar livre, para a minha segurança, prefiro não ficar "isolado" do som ambiente. E esse tipo de fone se presta muito bem. A qualidade de som é muito boa para esse tipo de equipamento.É leve, acomoda bem e dá para usar confortavelmente mesmo estando de óculos.Mas, por razões obvias, não espere um som similar ao de um fone intra-auricular. Avalie qual é o seu objetivo ao adquirir um fone de ouvido.

Ich liebe diesen Kopfhörer! Musik hören und trotzdem sie Umwelt noch mitbekommen, einfach super. Ich finde die Tonqualität gut, für mich im Alltag absolut ausreichend.Kein unangenehmes Gefühl wie bei den In-Ear Kopfhörern. Auch die Passform ist in Ordnung, schöner wäre es, wenn man ihn auch ein bisschen in der Größe verändern könnte.
