So far this trainer has been one of the best I've used so far. I actually wear it while I'm working and almost forget it's on. The material is quite soft, and hasn't rolled while it's on. The double strap holds very well.

My boyfriend likes this waist trainer. Its covers most of his stomach area, he's 6'2 waist 36 inches and found his way into a size medium(first hook tho). If they change the velcro and make it stronger then I will rate it a five because the material is of good quality just need to improve the strength of the velcro. Plus customer care is excellent. I really like this company and want to see them excel.

It molds to your body throughout working out. You can adjust the tightness with both straps depending on your preference, it can be worn normally or with a more “snatched” look/feeling. I’d say that if you’re a female and around a size 1x in women I’d get an xl but it does mold to you and becomes like a glove so, that might be uncomfortable so you could go for the size after xl in men. It makes you sweat, that’s a good thing i guess. The quality of the fabric is good and sturdy, definitely heavy duty. It’s great, might be uncomfortable bending or sitting though. Anyway, i think it’s good
