Great electrolytes plus helps me with brain fog issues. It's a little expensive but worth it. I use it for tennis and exercise to help me stay hydrated. Also -it tastes great!

WOW!! These sticks are by far the best drink/electrolyte mix I have tried and trust me I have tried them all. These beat LMNT, LiquidIV, Hydrant, you name it! I normally don't write reviews but pretty much every other mix came up short and these blew me away so I had to put out this 5 star PSA! Lets break it down: Taste: Taste is subjective but everyone in my family agreed that these were the best-tasting mixes they have had. Blood Orange is my favorite. Much much better taste and flavors than other brands in my opinion. Electrolytes/Effectiveness: So many mixes out there skimp on the functional/active ingredients -- these pack a legit amount of all the electrolytes promised. LMNT has a similar amount but those taste foul in comparison so again this mix from IQ wins again. Mixability: No clumping and no powder collecting at the bottom! These mix in seconds whether you're mixing with a spoon in a glass or just shaking your water jug. 10/10 Since these arrived I have been having blood orange in the morning just in a glass and then have been putting the lemon-lime in my water jug to sip throughout the day. Bravo IQ folks -- I will be a lifelong customer.

My Brain is Basically on WiFi Now Listen, I used to drink water like it was my job... but apparently, plain H2O wasn’t cutting it when I was craving energy drinks, juices, anything with flavor haha. Enter IQ Mix, the magical potion that turned my hydration game into an electrolyte-powered mental glow-up. First of all, the taste? Chef’s kiss. I’ve tried every flavor, and not one of them tastes like regret. It’s like my water got a personality and a college degree. Second, the brain boost is real. I’m remembering where I put my keys, holding conversations without zoning out mid-sentence, and crushing my to-do list like it owes me money. Bonus points for clean ingredients and no sugar crash. This stuff fuels me through workouts, Zoom calls, and existential crises. IQ Mix, you’re my little genius packet.

I have been having a heart arrhythmia which seems to be improved by increasing my potassium intake. I started looking for an electrolyte supplement which wouldn't ruin my attempts at a low sugar/keto diet AND had a decently high potassium per serving AND had a flavor that wasn't totally yucky. IQmix so far has what I was looking for. The flavors are mild and pleasant but there is a slight aftertaste of... dirt?? maybe from the mushrooms. I've been looking into the health benefits of certain mushrooms and it's pretty awesome to have those benefits in my electrolyte. IQmix also has more balanced amount of sodium to potassium compared to other brands. I had tried LMNT but the taste is SO SALTY I had to dilute it in over 32 ounces of water, which meant each ounce has a smaller amount of the potassium in it. IQmix on the other hand, I can drink in only 16 ounces of water and get more potassium per ounce. I do wish the price was a little lower, since I tend to have two sticks a day. One in the morning and one in the evening during my workout at the gym. Plus my husband has one during his gym workout too. So we go through the packs pretty quickly but i am planning to keep ordering more because I do think this product is giving my body what it needs to function more optimally.

I really enjoy the flavors and I definitely felt a boost of energy and less brain fog when I drink this brand!

Taste isn’t great, but dissolves well

Not crazy about every flavor but they are great after good workout or hard day @ work Don’t feel so drained Will keep buying them - just wish could pick & choose my own mix
