When I wear high heel, I always get blisters under the ball of my foot, I knew I would need something to help with the pressure in the balls of my feet. I was worried when I got these because of the shape, but I shouldn't have. They work great. The sticky is strong, even after rearranging several times. The material is less likely to get dirty or smell due to foot odor. I love to recommend it to everyone

This is going to make some of my heels wearable again. I only bought one pair so that I could see if I like them first. Now I'm wanting a few more to put in some other shoes that are collecting dust because they hurt.

They work so well with my shoes! I trimmed them to fit my shoes and feel so good with them!

These were by far the most comfortable inserts I've ever tried. They cushioned just enough and weren't bulky. The material didn't rub and cause blisters like other ones I've used. I wore shoes that normally I can only wear for an hour our two because they hurt my feet terribly but these helped me to wear them for an all day event which included walking up many sets of stairs. Very happy with this purchase.

Product is NOT effective as an ANTI-SLIP pad. Great as just a pillow for the balls of your feet, however, I would not recommend this pad if you're looking for an anti-slip product.
