Can it be used in open balcony?are the chains rustproof?

Yes it can be used in balcony where little bit sunlight and rain is coming but not recommended in fully outdoor. Chains are made of draw iron on which we have done sand blasting and powder coating polishing in Brass color, which is a very quality work to stop rusting for Years. For more precautions you can ask the seller (Royal ambience 9636862255) to do exterior PU coating on the product if there is more exposure of sunlight and water that will definitely give it a additional polishing life.
