Works GREAT !
I love this thing. My gym doesn't have a landmine so I have to put the barbell into a corner where it punches a hole in the drywall. With this thing, I put a couple of 45 lb weights on the floor, and I'm good to go. I'm taking a core class, where a hot chick teaches it (I would kill for her abs). The class is more of a body weight core workout for thirty minutes. On the off days, when I don't take the class I want to do some core exercises that are different from those she does in the class. This is great for that. I carry it in the bottom of my gym bag and use it every other day. I'm seeing good results in my abs (partly from the core class, but also from using this on my days off). The morning after I use this, I can feel it in my obliques (sides). They are sore and tight. I'm 60 years old and I might not have big arms and legs, but I don't want to have a belly like so many guys my age are getting. It's working. I've pulled my pants in and gone in two belt holes after about two weeks of working with it. No weight change, just tightening up my gut. If someone steals this, or if I lose it, I'll definitely buy another one.

CFF Post Landmine Trainer - good accessory
I'm using this mostly as a T-bar row. I put the base into two 45 plates as shown in the picture, and it will shift when you first start excercising with the front loaded with 4 + plates. I also had to wrap a few layers of duct tape on the shaft that goes into the base to make a tighter fit. That helps take out some of the "play" in the tail end. Good accessory for most, but if you want to do heavy rows get something that mounts to the floor.

Did not work for me
Bought this over a couple of years ago so my review is a bit tardy. Hopefully, they improved the product since then. The main problem is my standard barbell did not fit properly in the landmine. The tube was way too tight for my standard Olympic barbell. I did contact the company and in fairness they told me to take pictures and send to them which I should have done. I decided to keep the landmine because I also had a specialty bar with a smaller sleeve diameter which this product did fit. However, to my dismay, there was a second problem with this landmine. While using the product with the specialty bar, the landmine dug into my bumper plate and started damaging my bumper plate. Really a design flaw with the product I received.I ended up buying a competing landmine which worked with my standard Olympic barbell perfectly and did not damage my bumper plates. Should have never purchased this one.

Does the job
Works well, but would be 5 star if post was a little longer and if there was a way to tighten the bar into the landmine. I find it difficult to take weights off the end without pulling the bar out of the holder. Other than that it works great for T-bar rows.

Buy it!
If you are looking for solid piece of gear, this is it. My garage set up is mostly rogue equipment because I believe in paying more for better quality. With that said, this item is solid. For example... This came in a box inside a box. The box it was in, it had a dent in it when I opened it.Fits the olympic bar nice and snug. My bar won't wiggle when this is in place.Hope this helps. "Lift Heavy Sh**."

I love to hate my land mine.
This was a birthday present from my wife. We have used one before at our gym. With a little research we've put together a list of over twenty exercises we'll add into our workouts over time.Land mine thrusters are a killer and a whole lot easier on the body than using a barbell. We are very happy with the quality of construction and expect it to last a good long time.

Worth the Price.
Nice piece of equipment. Only drawback that I've found is that you need to use three plates to really keep it from moving around or popping out.

Great product
Experienced bodybuilder. If you have a bar and a few plates, you can do an effective full body workout with this.Well worth the money.Stable, solid and portable.Just need motivation and imagination, and you are good to go.I use two 45lb and one 5lb plate as the floor base.It doesn,t move even with explosive lifts.Natural arc is shoulder friendly.
