Great for reaching the bottom of that steaming pot without getting burned
I love using these to cook stir fry or eat my favorite microwave ramen. The grooves in the tip really do help grabbing hold of slippery noodles and saucy veggies. The extra length is especially helpful trying to grab food at the bottom of whatever pan you are cooking in, especially when you don't want to get burned by the steam.They are metal, so you obviously don't want to use them on non-stick pans. But for all other metal cookware they are great. You also don't have to fear these getting burn or scorch marks from laying them on the edge of your hot pan. If you leave them in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes, just grab them with an oven mitt. The extra length ensures they won't fall to the bottom.Stainless steel means they wash fine in dishwashers too.
