I was recommend these to help with night sweats because of the menopause. Have to say after a few weeks of taken them, they seem to have helped

Having used Sage from H & B previously with some success at stopping the hot flashes, I ran out and was not taking any for a few months, during this time the hot flashes were raging, day and night and much stronger than before. Searched through Amazon and found these and bought them, I’m two weeks in and intially the hot flashes were just not as strong which was great but now, absolutely nothing!! I’m over them moon and can sleep and wear clothes without worrying about sweating! Definitely recommend for hot flashes. They are a chunky tablet so do need a good glut of water but I suppose you could cut them in to two if you struggle, definitely worth it!!
