When you have lots of old injuries and you’re still active and working out these are just what you need. Robust and well made, no splits yet, and I’ve used multiple times after each work out. I still have pins and plates in my leg and after squatting they are much needed. Icing old injuries and it melting on you is a pain but with these you don’t have that problem 💪

I was pleasantly surprised how great these gel packs are, they came in a sealed box and each were individually wrapped. Excellent gel packs, once taken out the freezer they stay cold for a long time. I would put a light cloth over the gel pack before applying to the skin and it does help with the pain. Haven’t tried in microwave yet. A very happy and satisfied customer. Would highly recommend them 👍🙂

You only need to put them in freezer for about one hour and that is sufficient to cool down aching, painful or swollen joint or muscle. Have not tried them for heat as yet as I have an excellent wheat bag for that purpose, but may try heating as instructed. Smallish size ideal for more concentrated areas of pain or swelling. Very pleased with purchase.

A great relief but for a short time. The gel doesn’t stay frozen long enough. I get about 20 mins relief and then have to change over to another pad.

My old hot/cold bags needed replacing and I purchased these as a replacement. They are very good and quick to freeze or heat and help loads. They were a good fair price arrived very quickly and quality seems good

Just got home from Shouldice, these ice pads are the absolute best. They don't freeze solid so you can manipulate them to the contour you need. Just about the best thing i ever ordered on the amazon. turns out they are heat pads also. highly recommend.

I am really liking these ice packs. I use it for many different things, including if my skin feels itchy. It really helps the itch sensations to subside! I like how well it can conform to my body/skin and it stays cold for awhile. A great quality product! Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love these! I was recently in an accident and needed these for recovery. I love that they can do both heat and cold because sometimes I need heat and other times I need an ice pack. They are a great size. I do feel the ice packs don't stay cold for super long, but that's ok because there is 4. You can always switch them out! I'd definitely buy these again! Great product.

These freeze up very well and stay cold a long time when using them. Very durable, you can sit on part of one and not make it leak out or burst so 5 stars for that alone! Very happy to get the multi pack of these cold packs and would buy them again.
