I love making Ceviche de Camarone. I should say I love eating Ceviche de Camarone, but I don’t enjoy chopping all the vegetables and getting them correctly sized so that you get a good mix of the ingregients on the chip. This tool is such a gamer changer. What normally takes me a long time to prep is completed in a fraction of the time and the results are perfect. I use the smallest frame to get perfectly and evenly diced onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados and jalapenos. The shrimp I still cut by hand. I slice the vegetables about 1/4inch thick and then stack them on top of each other. Fast and easy to use. Cleans up easily as well. I have a lot of Starfrit kitchen tools and appreciate how well they all clean up. If I only use this for making ceviche, it was well worth the purchase. Tomato slices can be a bit tricky and messy as they are very soft and can get crushed by the pusher plate on the lid. To remedy this I top the tomato with an onion or cucumber slices. This prevents the tomatoes from being crushed.

I used it as soon as I got it and I was hopeful it would do what I needed but didn't have super high expectations for it. I was wrong! This thing is amazing! I was able to chop a ton of veggies (cucumbers, bell peppers, onions and tomato's) in just a couple of minutes. I was really impressed with how easy it is to use and it doesn't take nearly as much pressure when you push down as it does in the video. It also cleaned up super quick and I didn't even need the little brush to get it clean. I haven't used the mandolin function yet but the blades seem very sharp and it was easy to put together. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase so far.

I was hesitant about buying this, but thank goodness I did! It chops, dices, cubes, what ever I need to cut my prep time in half! Glad I invested in this!

I only decided to choose this one after reading a review. I can definitely say it a fantastic buy. It is fast, easy to assemble and has a large capacity to hold veggies. Highly recommend!

It doesn't seem that strong or like it will last very long if used frequently plus it's smaller than other options on Amazon I can't put in big chunks or thick ones. But It works pretty well
