Given the current climate, we decided to preserve our garden harvest this year away from the freezer, energy costs being what they are.Purchased this canner, on arrival it had a broken handle, contacted the company and they sent replacements immediately.Did a few water bath Cannings first and it was fantastic. It hold 8 X pint size jars (490ml) very easily. Comes to pressure very fast and after 10min vent of steam and appropriate pressure canning time for my veg I was very happy to have 16jars of canned mixed veg.The weight is geared for 11lbs pressure for my elevation(under 1000ft) and is simple to use and clean.Only expense as such has been the ball canning jars. They designed for this job.Happily recommend this canner and supplier. Tis a tad expensive but worth it to prevent food loss during power outages. Canned jars sit happily awaiting use.

This item is excellent stainless steel pressure cooker! Very nice investment and sturdy. Compatible with induction hub as well. It is not only for canning but also for the meat as well. We use this for our broth from the bones of the pork. The size is perfect and very easy to clean.

The manufacturing quality is great. It's a very well made canner and pressure cooker. I used it yesterday for the first time and canned 3x quart (1 litre) kilner jars of cajun chicken thighs. The process was easy. The canner came up to pressure easily and took very little gas (small flame) to keep it at the right pressure. The gauge is clear and easy to read. I am really pleased with the product and am looking forward to using it again.

This is a great pressure cooker. It works extremely well.. I made a mistake by storing the lid upside down and the needle on the pressure gauge had moved to the red ( my fault entirely) I emailed the seller to purchase another one and I was told " No need to buy one, I'll send you one free") Bearing in mind I bought the wonderful canner nearly two years ago!!! WHAT A GREAT SERVICE! And what a great pressure cooker for canning ... Recommend all day long!

The media could not be loaded.  Used it for canning some curry. It goes up to pressure quickly and keeps it well as long as you fidget with the heat. You can also add a bit of weight to the jiggler for higher pressure but for where I live (100m above sea level) I didn't had to.

The media could not be loaded.  It reaches pressure just fine but it leaks quite badly from the handle one pressure is reached. Delivery was late but only by a day or so. It's not bad but the amount of leakage makes for a real mess on your hob and over an hour and a half could be sufficient to put out you flame on a gas hob.

The media could not be loaded.  This product works really well, I'm very pleased with it so far, I've canned lots of produce and it's not let me down. I told the supplier that I would like a spare gasket for the lid and he sent one free of charge.. My only worry is if I need to replace other parts, but I do feel that this item will last well as it's good quality and fit for purpose.. It's obviously a clone of another type of canner, I just wish I knew which one.

The media could not be loaded.  Das Produkt wurde für die Sterilisation von Aussaasubstraten erworben.Es passen acht 1.1 Liter (8.9 cm Durchmesser) Twist off Gläser problemlos rein.Bei einem Volumen von knapp 9 Liter von primär mineralischen Anteile (Zeolit, Lava, Bims) im Substrat und drei Liter Wasser zum Kochen und Dämpfen dauerte der Temperatur und Druckaufbau (auf einem Induktionsherd) ca. eine halbe Stunde, danach knapp eine Stunde für die Sterilisation. Das Ergebnis war exzellent.Zum Verkäufer, eine blitzschnelle Lieferung innerhalb von vier Tagen; leider bekam ich statt der bestellten 22 Liter Version die grössere (der Topf ist 3 cm breiter dafür aber um 2 cm tiefer) 25 Liter Version. Nach einer Reklamation wurde mir ein Umtausch oder eine Gutschrift angeboten sofern ich die 25 Liter Version behalten würde.Die Edelstahl Einlage in dem Topf lässt sich von der Höhe leicht zubiegen, somit konnte ich die zwei fehlenden Zentimeter nivelieren und ich behielt den Topf.Gesamtergebnis, ein sehr gutes Produkt und ein exzellenter Verkäufer.

Very nice pressure cooker.

Ich habe ihn erst einmal benutzt und bin bisher zufrieden mit dem Schnellkochtopf. Der Kundenservice war auch ausgezeichnet.

Het druk metertje was kapot.Maar de aanbieder heeft me een nieuwe gestuurd.De pan werkt verder prima.Erg blij mee.
