I really like this dispenser. I want to rate it 4-5 stars--easy installation, good price, adjustable output. But, the filter replacement indicator recently activated and I cannot find replacement filters anywhere. Not worth the money if the dispenser is only good for the life of one filter.

I really like this water dispenser. It was very easy to setup (the youtube video was very helpful in this regard) and installation seemed to be relatively idiot-proof. In terms of style, The device is true to the images shown and looks great on my counter. The height of the unit and removable drip tray make it perfect for large cups/bottles, which was important to me. The controls are simple, intuitive and do what you'd expect them to do. The water comes out of the unit very quickly/with great pressure. I was able to easily reset one of the volume pre-sets which I thought was a useful feature. The "cold" water comes out somewhere between cool and cold, which is good enough for me and pretty much what I was expecting. Based on the price of this unit, it more than meets my expectations in these regards when it comes to style and performance.My only complaint is the taste of the water/lack of filtering for things like lead. In my case anyway, I need this level of filtering and the water coming out of the dispenser initially wasn't particularly palatable. I ultimately solved my problem by adding an additional filter system under my sink (for about 70 bucks) that filters the water for things like lead first before ever going to this water dispenser. Now, the water coming out of the unit tastes great. The filtering aspect is just something to consider and be aware of based on your own individuals needs though, I'm very happy with this dispenser overall and it's getting a lot of use in my household!

Missing T-connector called for in instructions. Had to make trip to hardware store and spend $10 for that. Asked for $10 refund for cost of missing part. No answer.I like cold water at refigerator temperature. This doesn't produce it. Description says less than 51 degrees. I took that to mean sometimes a little less and sometimes a lot less, depending on how much it's used. Nope. I have checked it several times with a digital thermometer. It doesn't matter how long it has to chill, the temperature is generally 56-57 degrees, and it has never been below 55 in a kitchen that is 73 (and out of the sun).I asked for suggestions or advice on how I may have done something incorrectly that would cause it to work incorrectly. No reply.For what it does, I guess it's okay. I'm not excited about it, and I could have done withoug the extra trip to the hardware store for a missing part. I'll probably get used drinking cool rather than cold water.My wife has always preferred cool (over ice-cold) water, and she likes it. My son took a drink and asked why it wasn't cold. But, he's using it. I'm using it.I would classify it as just adequate enough to not bother disconnecting and returning it.

1 bought this purifier April 9th 2019. I installed it and was working perfect. According instruction every six months the filter inside the unit. I contacted amazon replace filter but answer from amazon is very disappointed. Recently I chatted amazon customer service to two ladies and their response also nonsense. One lady said contact manufacturer to refund or replace the unit with a different model. Amazon doesn't have any information about who is manufacture . Is it weird ?. My search for manufacturer thru google didn't shows any information. Finally I opened the unit and found out manufacturer name and is located it is in China. I emailed them six weeks ago and no response yet. It is big shame I spent $ 300 now it is useless. Now it is amazon responsibly to solve this issue. Another thing if Amazon says who is the manufacturer prior to ordering their products it never create this problem because I never buy made in China products. I made this information to Amazon many times.I strongly demand to Amazon refund or make available the filters. I am very sure there are many other customers With the same issue. AMAZON OPEN YOUR EYES.

My whole family has loved this water cooler SO MUCH. We actually had it plumbed in to the water line and it was so much faster, colder, better tasting that our refrigerator water. I have not been able to find a replacement filter online anywhere and I just got back from a large plumbing supply warehouse. No luck. I feel sick on several levels. Bad, bad Comfee for not at least directing us where a filter can be found.
