Great quality materials. I use these for various volleyball training exercises. They take lots of abuse being thrown against walls and floors and hold up very well.

Both my kids and i use these for training. As pitchers and catchers these things are great for training and performing drills to strengthen our arms and refine technique. The various weights allow you to start light and get progressivly heavier. Throw against a net, wall or into a glove they just continue to last. Ours get used several times a week and haven't really shown any signs of wear.
