A great add-on to just drinking water all day long
This is really great stuff! I put it along with another drink that I have and perks me but up but not jittery or shaky I don't feel as tired or as thirsty The Taste is good I've only tried the orange I think it's a real good bang for your buck not too sweet not to bitter start off amount a little goes a long way I think it's very effective for long days in the heat to me it's a little bit better than just plain water just place my second purchase I also like the fact that there's no sugar

Great for hydration
I really love this stuff!!! It dissolves pretty well, and taste great. I do feel like when I use it consistently I do not become as dehydrated. Highly recommend!!!!

Live the healthy contents
I've ordered this more than once. It has a higher content of potassium, and has sea salt with a healthier sugar substitute. I have it one less star because it's a little too sweet, and a bit pricey. I can't find a healthier choice though for the price, so I continue to buy it. I really like and trust Dr Eric Berg's products.

What Took Me So Long?
What Took Me So Long . . . to realize that pure H20 all the time is not necessarily the best thing for a body? We need electrolytes. Our bodies are in a large part electrical and "dead" water does not support that energy in our nerves and brain. This product has made noticeable changes for me. I believe that pure water (distilled or reverse osmosis) may actually be leaching electrolytes from our bodies. I could be wrong . . . so sue me . . . haha!

This helps me feel hydrated right away, like rejuvenated. Helps after a hot day or extreme work outside.

It works just fine.
I've bought this one several times. I like to put it in tea. I always get the orange flavor. I haven't tried the others. I do physical activity beyond just drinking a glass of water for rehydration. I think the Dr. Berg works just fine.
