How noisy is the machine

It's a little noisy, makes the sound of a portable fan but the benefits of clearing the baby's congestion definitely outweighs the minimal effect of the noise. I bought this for my grandson and I wish it was around when my children were little. Very effective machine!

Can adults use this as well?

I need something that will suck so hard it can hold a baseball at the tip. Can this accomplish that?

No it won't, this is one of the strongest suckers on the market but it's safe for infants, it won't suck a baseball buddy.

I am missing the power cord and need a replacement how do I get it?

I think they sell replacement parts or can try on eBay a used one ... not sure
