Love this product! It stays cold for several hours; very comfortable. I’ve tried the pearl necklace from a similar site and it didn’t stay cold enough to walk my dogs! This Nano-ice strand is cheaper and a better choice for cooling! I already purchased a second one 4 a gift!!!

I hate to be hot! These really help me cool down whether it's the air temperature or hot flashes, they work really well. I have just started using it and am pleased with its effectiveness.Update: I still love it but now I love it more! I realized that it would be more effective if the large beads were on the back of my neck. So I bought a long light weight scarf and sewed up the long sides to make it a tube. The necklace fits in the tube and stays put on my neck when I tie a knot in the scarf.

I bought this product to wear in the operating room. I’m a scrub tech and I wear lead and a gown most days, and stand under hot lights. So I needed something to help cool me off.I gave them 4 stars because they are such large beads. I would love if they could make them a little smaller. But I understand they wouldn’t last as long if they were smaller.Either way I love the material they are wrapped in. It doesn’t sweat, it dries quickly, and it feels like a light bathing suit material. They cooled me off for about two hours before I had to put them back in the freezer.Overall great product and I will be buying more!!

Although the premise is great, in actuality I find a few problems. For starters it is quite heavy. Second, they truly don't stay cold for very long regardless of how many times they've been frozen. Lastly, your clothes get quite wet.

I had bought this cooling necklace for my hot flashes, but it came in very handy during the 2021 heat wave in Seattle. The air conditioning on my car was broken and I drive a black car. I was wearing the necklace on my way to work and it cooled me down enough to make it there without overheating. It actually stays nice and cold for quite a while, and it also looks pretty cool. I LOVE this item. I bought one for my friend.
