Very happy with product and arrival time.
Like most herbal products they take a little while to kick in, but I'm happy with the results I'm seeing after nearly 2 weeks of the taking a tablet a day.

You do not a lot of Serenoa repens with this product and other similar products
Would not buy again. The label states 'Equivalent to Saw Palmetto Berries 3000mg'. That might sound good but in fact these powdered capsules probably contain just 18% fatty acids and largely consists of fibres and sugars. Avoid anything which has 'berries' in the description. Look for Berry Oil which as usually over 80% fatty acid ( not 20% as this product is said to contain).

BE careful- worth reserarching
Having taken these for six weeks plus I found myself experiencing very long nosebleeds,that caused me some concern and looking for an explanation I just happend to look up Saw palmetto on the web and in clinical trials nosebleeds are a common problem along with some more serious side effect.of course the consumptiona nd nosebleeds may just have beena coincidence but since i stopped taking nosebleeds stopped after a couple of days and none since.
