These are really good, easy to mold, i did it with the 1st try..Comfortable and easy to clean...I only wish they jst made a specific size per box...kz 2 will be a waste.

Nice and easy, they work good

So I grind my teeth at night - who knew?. Too late to fix damage done but stopping the loss worth a little fuss. These folks sell item that is easy to mold, easy to wear, and lasts longer than my teeth will - and there are a few of them in each box - one for each family member. This was not the biggest medical issue in my life but taking action without Medicare forms, selling the house, or peddling a wedding ring was damned nice. If you grind, buy one box and review the matter 10-20 years later. I am skeptical about some medical stuff online - but this is safe and no more complex than opening a Kleenix box.

I got these because they came with 2 different sizes. I have a narrow and smaller mouth so I always worry about things like this being too large in my mouth. This was my first time using a mouth guard. The process of molding the guard to your teeth was really simple. I just boiled some water in a kettle, dropped one in for 10 seconds and pulled it out with tongs. It stuck a bit to the tongs which is probably why it suggested a wooden spatula or chop sticks. I didn’t have any on hand so just used my tongs. It was easy to unstick it though and molded very well to my teeth. I tried both sizes and to my surprise, preferred the large size. I used it last night for the first time and it was very comfortable. I had a great sleep with it in and was easy to clean this morning. The case is a nice touch

First off, bought this based off existing reviews on Amazon due to a crazy quote from my dentist. I must say, I am sooo glad I bought these mouth guards. AMAZON to the rescue! Shipping was superfast, item arrived early next day. Product is made really well and is of superior quality, comes with everything you need: instructions, 1case, 2kids and 2adults mouth guards for grinding teeth. The instructions are so simple and clear to understand anyone can get started in their first attempt. I like these so much, I use them everyday. And if at all my toddlers getting into grinding their teeth, the extra kids guards come handy! Nice thinking by the manufacturer for thinking about entire family.
