The description says white. The picture shows black. Is it black?

Hi there! The wig and Mustache that come included are both black.

Will this fit a ten year old?

It will be a bit big on the sides,because of the wig sections but the wig has elastic on the inside so it is stretchy and fits a variety of head sizes.

Does this wig have sizing straps? my almost 4-year-old is going to be captain hook for halloween and i can’t find a child’s hook wig! thank you

I wasn’t sure so I dug it out and looked. Unfortunately, it does not. It is quite big.

How do you affix the mustache?

We used clear tape--latex free microphone tape.
