I went back and double checked that I bought this product new, because the seal on the side came already broken and attempted to be taped back together, and one of the screen protectors already broken. Good thing it’s a two pack I guess.I contacted customer service after this and I was able get a new screen protector. They were very helpful and so nice and accommodating I put on the screen protector, and had one bubble but it’s gone now. And you can’t even tell that I have a screen protector on it’s perfect I don’t know if it was my screen that had a film on it or the contents of the packet that come with it weren’t up to par luckily I’m a glasses wearer so I used what I already had on hand. My touchscreen isn’t affected and my computer shuts just as well as it did before.

I liked it! Pretty easy to install! At first there were a couple of bubbles but I able to remove it without to much trouble! And is of good quality!
