This is a Most Read Book For Losing Belly Fat and Excellent Health
I am fascinated by the simplicity of the concepts making it very easy to understand . The mysteries of metabolism, losing weight, losing fat and optimal health are revealed in this book.

Great health Insights
This is full of information of how to be healthier without a total reliance on MD pharamaceuticals! I know for a fact that doctors have over-medicated me with their prescriptions and I have had to wean myself off and detoxify those effects, and start over with a clean slate. My metabolism has greatly slowed down with my age and consequently my diet and nutrition have been in question. This book is very informative on "how to live" , and not by simply swallowing pill and capsule one after another as the pharma companies promote.

Great info. and very helpful in my own nutrition/health journey
I purchased this book at the urging of my parents who have started to implement the suggestions by Frank Suarez. They wanted to loose some weight and they both did, but most importantly they kept telling me how satisfied they felt after eating according to the books suggestions. I don't have weight issues, but I am always hungry it seems and think about eating more often than I'd like to admit. In addition to that, I have a history of chronic migraines. After reading this book and following it's guidelines for my type of metabolism, I have to say I really do feel better over all. For reasons unknown to me my migraines have been greatly decreased and I am not as hungry as I was. I like to eat my heavier proteins in the beginning of the day along with dark leafy greens and maybe a small amount of carbs. After just a few weeks I was told by my doctor's office I had lost 9 pounds. I wasn't even trying to be honest. My husband has lost some weight too as a result of my cooking habits changing to follow the guidelines that are spoken of in this book. AS far as the book itself, it is written very well and easy to understand. I have MANY nutrition cooks and really didn't want to buy another one, but I am honestly happy that I did.

A "Diet" I can Stick To
A friend of mine looked great, not only slimmer but full of energy, and he turned me onto this book. It's basically low-carb (and by that I mean low in simple and refined carbs--the really bad carbs), low sugar, massive hydration (I had no idea how dehydrated my body was), and supplements containing proven herbs. I've been doing it a month and I didn't lose the 19 pounds my friend did--but the composition of my body has changed and so has my waistline And the energy and sense of well-being are palpable.

I love the author of this books , he had great knowledge of metabolism issues , and lots of health conditions, he explained with details all the issues and the best way of dealing with it , with the proper nutrition , this is the second book I brought , I saw most of his videos, he was amazing, unfortunately he passed away this year in February , 2021, Rest In Peace.

it works but....
the KFC cole slaw salad in PR may be different from the one in the continental USA. I did ordered it in OK, and my blood sugar was high. I think some states add more sugar to it? The shakes are good and they work, but they do have artificial sweetner' I think sucrlose,equal or splenda. Artificial sweetners triggers hungryness on some people (me). But the concept does work! I am diabetic and I did this x 3 months and I used my glucometer to check bs to test if it was true. It is! I lost easy. 14# in 3 months walking 30 min x 6/week. My hgA1C drop down to normal. I had been doing the same 3 months earlier and only lost 6# and was hungry all the time. I did use the coco10 plus, I believe in it. Follow instructions. I put it in my coffee and over warm stuff because it hardens easy. Very little flavor to none. Not too difficult to handle, it depends upon individual tolerance.I recommend it, specially the cleansing phase, it works miracles on cravings.

Makes sense!
First time I read a book that explains nutrition in a way that makes sense. I started to follow the advice, and felt different from day 1. After two weeks, I am getting results. It may do with more advice on complementing types of food.

Very very useful book. It gives a lot of basic data and approaches to a healtier and faster metabolism. It is super simple and understandable to read.
