Fedar Roof Rack Cross Bar Cargo Carrier for 2011-2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee

The crossbars came packaged with an excessive tape over worn cardboard raising concerns that they had been returned and repackaged. No big deal, but could have been packaged better.The items clearly had been repackaged as the clear blue cellophane was only on one of four key holes.The instructions are completely worthless. No marking were on crossbars to indicate front/back, ect.When I contacted the company and looked up on U-Tube that was sent by their link it stated 'Throw instructions away'.Center rubber cushion on forward rack cut 1/2 inch too short. When I told Co. all above, very response.They sent me a whole forward cross bar, when all I needed was a rubber insert 1/2 inch longer.By their text I believe this is an overseas operation trying to do a good job. Their English is not Kosher.Once installed very happyDisappointed with the multiple requests from Amazon to install for >$100.00. Shortly after getting the crossbars with pathetic instructions

I Would've given a five star rating butIt didn't come with instructions and when IInstalled it I took a trip and I couldn't believe how much noise it makes very very LOUD but I have to admit it looks great and it seems very sturdy.

A little noisyDirections say there is a quite for front and back but never could locate it. And keys seem to be useless.

These roof racks are great! Hubby installed them in no time. We’re ready for vaca!!

did work but I have wrong rails

My package arrived 3 days early which is always a huge plus. As far as the product goes the instructions were 4 pictures on one page with very little detail. They said the bars would be marked for front and back, they weren't, one of the bolts wasn't cut right and couldn't get it as tight as it should have been, I did try other sizes. I installed it myself and it was fairly easy seems secure regardless and so far a good product. Still have zero clue what the locks do as I've tried them and it makes zero difference which way they're turned, it does not seem to release anything on the cross bars.

Once installed it is great. Read the reviews on how to install to save yourself a lot of swearing!

Went on easy. Haven't put a load on it yet but seems solid.
