Helps me sleep better
I like the flavour which is soft on the palette with a light smoky and nutty taste . The teabags are much bigger than expected but each one makes 2 litres of tea. You can drink it hot or cold. I keep a jug of it in the fridge and have it cold. I will definitely be buying more

Tastes horrible - flavour literally tastes of burnt popcorn it’s absolutely foul but I guess it depends on your taste too
