AmzerMagnetic Privacy Screen Filter for 2021 MacBook Pro 16 MK183LL/A (M1 Pro/ M1 Max), (AMZ208627)

This fit my 2021 M1 MBP 16" (A2485) perfectly. I have a piece of washi tape over my webcam and the cover cutout doesn't interfere with it at all. The black strip on the top didn't cover any visuals and blended in perfectly (I use the topnotch app which hides the notch by darkening the whole top bar, and the strip sits completely in the dark part). The privacy filter works well too. At certain angles I can only see one half of my screen and not the other. Due to how much it darkens the screen, it makes my eyes quite uncomfortable to use this. This is why a magnetic type filter rather than a more permanent solution was preferred, so that I would only use it when I need the privacy.The magnet's strength seems to be just right and it's easy to put on and take this off. There's a L type plastic folder provided that I can use to store it when not in use, however it won't prevent all dust due to the L shape opening, so I'll still have to store it somewhere that'll minimize dust. It also comes with a cloth to wipe down your monitor before placing this on.I took a chance with this since there were no written reviews at the time of my purchase, only full star ratings, and was worried this would be a subpar product due to the low price. But as it turns out I'm very satisfied with it for the rare use case. I haven't used other privacy screen filters in the past so I can't really compare, but the only thing I dislike about this is how much it darkens the screen. That does seem to go hand in hand with how much privacy you can expect though. I'm interested to know whether other filters provide better visibility from future reviewers that have had experience with other products.
