I’ve had other melatonin diffusers before, this one is by far the worst tasting. But for the price I can’t complain. Most of them will rack up 40$ just for 2. This is a bargain compared to those but if you want something that won’t give you headaches from the smell/taste go for something else.

Melatonin tablets didn't work for me, so when I saw the ad for these on FB, I was curious. I have been using these for a couple of months now. Within a half hour of using, I'm drowsy and ready to sleep. And it's a restful, uninterrupted sleep. So refreshing to finally fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. Nice light grapey smell and taste. I've not experienced any problems.

Thai product did not work for me. The STYM is a similar product, it is effective and it’s cheaper.
