I recently used this to tile the downstairs toilet with 250mmx400mm tiles. These were fairly bulky and heavy, but the adhesive worked well to adhere them and there were no issues with slipping off at all.I personally found I needed slightly more water to powder than the on bag ratio suggested, but obviously this way around is a bonus as means more powder left for another batch. This made a nice stiff adhesive, which was smooth and sat in peaks. It blended well (always add the powder to the water) and the 20kg bag was plenty to tile our small downstairs toilet.It is an easy product to work with (although I would definitely recommend a mask at the mixing stage- having renovated our whole house recently I have learnt that powder adhesive/ grout is up there for getting in your nose/throat!). It was easy to add more to the tiles and play around with, which was necessary for us as our walls are not the most even in some spots! It definitely does what it says on the tin though- after less than 10 minutes it was difficult to remove a tile that needed a tiny bit of adjustment, so I'd back the rapid setting description. A great feature of this is the fact you can also grout on the same day, so get all of the tiling out of the way.This is a 20kg bag in a nice mid grey colour that would complement most tiles. It lasts well (we just popped the paper bag within a bin bag between needing batches).I have given it 4 stars as I can't say it is radically better than other adhesives we also tried, which were a little cheaper. This is good value for money against pre-mixed adhesive though and means you can do your tiling in a day.
