Great for hot flashes 🔥
I got this for my hot flashes. I don’t sweat so much as I feel like my face/neck have a sunburn, or I have a fever. The face mask gives me relief on bad hot flashes days or times when wine triggers one. I havent tried using it for puffiness. I will say don’t use it right out of the freezer. Let it sit at room temperature for five minutes or so. Or keep it in the fridge instead.

Stays cool
Love the way this cools my face. I got it because my eyes were puffy/ swollen from allergies. I keep it in the zip top bag it came with in the refrigerator so I can use it anytime I need it. It truly does help.

Excellent product
I purchased this because of some dental work I’d had done which got infected causing swelling along my lower face, jaw and going down onto neck. The model’s hands obscured the bottom of the mask slightly. I thought it extended under the chin. It still worked well for what i wanted and I used the eye mask for underneath my chin. It did take longer than the 10-15 seconds it said to heat in microwave but that could have been because of my smaller size microwave. But it maintained its warmth a lot longer than I expected. And I really like that it can be used for heat and cold. All in all a great product that I would definitely recommend. I ordered it same day delivery with a 5-10 pm delivery window and in the earlier part of that window, I think by 6pm.

It fits correctly. Mouth and eye openings are large enough to make you not feel smothered. Velcro actually works

A must buy for face irritations
Going thru topical steroid withdrawal due to allergic reaction from long term use for eczema on my face is horrid, this has been a life saver in soothing the inflammation. Bought a 2nd one to have while the other refreezes from usage.

I love the fact it came super quick and I love the fact it’s exactly as described I have Bell’s palsy and I ended up having a flare up on the opposite side,this really really helped I bought 2 so when one is in the freezer I’m wearing the other the cost was perfect for that.
