They were good for a glow party. One says let’s grow instead of let’s glow which is a bit odd. Some of the bases came undone through the night but overall cute.

Doesn't glow under blacklight.
The accordion bottom tissue paper does not glow at all. The signs that stand up glow very barely under black light. The pen with invisible ink in the pic are glowing from the blacklight. The pen isn't even lit! All blacklight. This product is not good for a blacklight event.
