My 9 year old wears this in small ... it's a tad too big for her because it's taken up all the way but it works.

Received mine today. I'm a 170lbs male, 6'. Nothing unusual size wise. This doesn't go around me knee without a piece of velcro touching by skin. As a result, it chafes. See images. Its FAR too small unless you're a midget. They could have added at least another 2 inches to its length, maybe 3.

These things are amazing!!!!!!!! My knee pain got so bad due to all the running that I have to do in the military(I ended up deteriorating most of the cartilage in my knees), that I could barley do squats or even jumping jacks without knee pain, so running for me was out of the question. I also had a hard time doing most of the moves when I was doing the "Insanity" workout,until I came across these babies!!! :-) Now I can run for exercise, and do so much more and not feel a bit of knee pain.....I mean like NONE!!!!!!!!! I have purchased tons and tons of knee sleeves, patella stabilizer braces, etc... (all of which ranged from $70.00 to $250) and none have worked like these have for me. I would, however, inform you to measure around your whole knee with a measuring tape prior to purchase as the material only adjusts to literally 19 inches and is not stretchable material, so if you have a knee bigger than that, you perhaps can look around for the same product in a bigger size or ask if they can custom order, but they are definitely worth it :-)I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbiased review.

My patellar hurts when I exercise. I've seen a doctor, he says it's not permanent damage, that I'm straining my knees and need proper support until I lose the bulk of my weight. As such, I've been wearing a small support strap for a while for additional support, with great success. The only problem is, small is relative. It's still large and bulky, just smaller than other similar products - until the MDUB strap.This strap is very thin and still offers ample support. It is also multi-sized, great for fat legs, skinny legs or legs in between. The only downside is that it's not as comfortable on the back of the knee as my larger strap. That is because it is lacking padding there. There is a little bit, but not quite enough to be comfortable on the bare leg. This means adding a wrap or sleeve in addition to the strap, which I'm not a big fan of.Overall, this provides the same support as I get from my larger strap, and it's much less noticeable. A little more padding around the back and it would be perfect for me.I got this strap for free with the expectation that I would leave an honest review.
