Product is quite thin, but not thin enough apparently. It does leave marks on the screen. I don’t know if that’s good in the long run or the tiny amount of pressing and pressure against the screen when the lid is closed, will damage it. Keeps the dust off. Stays on well enough. I won’t be using it though. Just for marks and potential damage to screen over time.

Go for it!Review based on usage for about 4 weeks.Pros- Snug fit for the keyboard of new MacBook Pro 14 Inch 2021 model A2442- The product has clean edges with a notch for the fingerprint scanner.- Protection against minor liquid spills & dust.- Also protect the keys' lettering from fading due to typing - in my old MacBook, the A and E started fading :-)Observations:- Closing the lid for a long time with the cover will leave a faint impression on the screen; so remember to remove the cover before closing the lid. This is probably due to the minimal gap between the screen and keyboard in the first place.- Due to the snug fit, the cover will need to be prised off the keyboard with a stiff paper/plastic edge. Whether this is a bug or a feature is for you to judge!Con:- The material seems such that if while storing the cover, it gets a fold/wrinkle; it takes time to get it out. The snug fit will be impaired till the fold/wrinkle goes off. So better to keep the cover in the envelope that came with it.

I bought this for my 16 inch MacBook Pro M1 2021, and I like it.Pros:Very thin but strong enough.Closed all the gaps where dust or hair can go in. Getting a peace of mind.Doesn't protrude out. Hence, no marks in the screen.Soft to touch.Cons:Not very transparent. Can see the keys when they are backlit. From the sides, keys look weird.Fitting is good, but there is slight movement near some keys.I will recommend this, if you are ok with semi transparent view of your keyboard.
