I have been wearing the insoles now for about 4 weeks. Still using all 5 of them. The 1st 2 days they were nice and soft and worked really well. But since then they've gotten more firm and less squishy. Unfortunately when I wear steel toe boots for 8 to 12 hours A-day, they do not provide the soft cushion that I need.I ordered them to help relieve the Achilles tendonitis. So maybe my judgment It's a little bias.

You have changed the price and I don’t like that ‼️I changed my mind about my opinion before the silicone lifts are wonderful before i Said That They Were sticky but one you use them they ply to your heel and they are very comfortable and they do not lift or move so I’m sorry I was quick to judge now you know they are worth the money. This is to small, it would be ok for child shoes size!Useless for adult!
